Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer announced that Thomas Hatchett, 88, of Manchester Township, was sentenced by the Honorable Michael T. Collins, J.S.C, to ten years New Jersey State Prison as a result of a previously entered guilty plea to Aggravated Manslaughter
According to police, on Saturday, at approximately 6:30 pm, officers from the Manchester Township Police Department responded to the intersection of State Highway 37 and Commonwealth Boulevard to investigate a motor vehicle crash involving a vehicle and an ATV.
