EMS have transported a male victim to University Hospital in Newark after multiple rounds of gunfire erupted in 300 block of Alden Street a short time ago.
The victim is suffering serious injuries after being shot to the face according to residents in the area.
Police have a crime scene established and are searching for two black males that fled the scene.
This is the second shooting in Orange in about two weeks.
