BREAKING ORANGE NJ: Life Threatening Injuries for Man Shot in Orange

A series of shootings that erupted in the city in the last hour has police now on the scene with two victims struck by gunfire.

EMS transported a male victim to the hospital suffering a gunshot wound to the chest in the 200 block of Taylor Street after gunfire rang out a little after 9:30 p.m.

A second male victim was reportedly struck to the arm at that same location. His condition is not reported to be life threatening.

Police responded to at least two other locations in the city for reports of gunfire within the hour (600 block of Scotland Road and the other on Central Avenue).

UPDATE: A male victim just walked into University Hospital suffering a gunshot injury. He told authorities that he was shot in the 300 block of Central Avenue.

There are conflicting information if one person was shot on Scotland. There are a total of three people shot at this time.

UPDATE 10:11 p.m. There are a total of three victims on Taylor Street and one victim that walked into University so we have it at a total of four people shot in Orange at this time.
