An 81-year-old man was found inside a Willingboro home injured after shots rang out Wednesday evening.
According to authorities, officers responded to the unit block of Raeburn Lane at approximately 10:40 p.m. for a report of shots fired.
Upon arrival, police found a home had been struck several times by gunfire. Inside of the home police found an 81-year-old man suffering from a single gunshot wound to the leg.
Officials say the victim was transported to Lourdes Hospital in Willingboro in good condition.
Willingboro detectives responded to the scene and located an automobile that had also been struck once by gunfire.
