Authorities are looking into a shots-fired incident that injured one person in Trenton overnight.
According to police, the incident happened in the 200 block of Mount Vernon Avenue at approximately 8 p.m. where residents dialed 911 after hearing gunfire in the area.
Units arrived at the scene and found the victims suffering a non-life threatening gunshot wound at that location according to police. EMS transported the victim to the hospital, where doctors began treatment.
The motive for the shooting is under investigation by Trenton Police.
