Police in Linden are on the search for a suspect wanted for a shots-fired incident that caused property damage at a location in the city on Saturdnight.
According to a statement released by Linden Police officials, the incident happened on Saturday at approximately 10:45 p.m.
Police officials say officers responded to the 1200 block of South Wood Avenue on reports of shots fired.
Officials say when officers arrived at the scene, they discovered a bullet was fired through the window of a second-floor apartment.
According to Linden Police, after searching the residence and the surrounding area, there were no injuries in the incident. The motive for the shooting has not been determined at this time.
