Swift response to a call of shots fired in a neighborhood in Orange had police on the scene investigating.
Overnight gunfire rang out in the 100 block of Taylor Street shortly before 10 p.m. sending police to the scene where several officers canvassed the area and found evidence that a shooting occurred but no injured victims.
A thorough search of the area had officers locate at least two vehicles struck by bullets.
The motive for the shooting is under investigation.
Authorities have not reported arrests in the shooting.
