**UPDATE 2-11-2018: FOUND SAFE **
The Perth Amboy Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating missing juvenile Michelle Garzon-Fernandez.
Police described Michelle as a 13-year-old Hispanic female, approximately 5 feet tall, weighs 130 lbs., with brown eyes and brown hair.
According to officials, Michelle was last seen in the area of Charles Street on Feb. 8th. Police believe she is with her boyfriend, Daniel Fabian.
