Bloomfield Police are investigating a pedestrian strike that left a person injured on Sunday night.
According to preliminary reports, police were called to the vicinity Bloomfield Avenue and Orange Street at approximately 7:30 p.m. after they received reports of an injured person.
Police and EMS arrived at the scene and found the victim suffering severe injuries according to reports.
The unidentified person was taken to the hospital where doctors treated their injuries.
There were no other injuries reported.
