A pedestrian struck by a vehicle in a Long Branch nieghborhood overnight has police investigating.
According to preliminary reports, the incident happened in the 200 block of Morris Avenue at around 7:30 p.m.
Emergency responders found the victim suffering serious injuries when they transported them to Jersey Shore Medical Center according to preliminary reports.
The driver of the vehicle stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.
