Police in Bloomfield are investigating a pedestrian strike that sent a person to the hospital Monday night.
According to preliminary reports, it happened in the vicinity of Glenwood Avenue and 2nd Street at approximately 8:47 p.m.
Police say they arrived and found the victim suffering non-life threatening injuries after a vehicle struck them at that location.
The victim was transported to the hospital for treatment and is expected to recover.
The incident remains under investigation.
