Paterson Men Arrested During Fair Lawn Drug Deal

Fair Lawn New Jersey

Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli announced the arrest of two Paterson men caught red handed during a drug deal outside a Fair Lawn  Dunkin Donuts.

On April 16, after receiving information about a possible drug deal occurring, police observed the activities of 33-year-old Rayshon Forman  and 38-year-old Matthew Peoples, both of Paterson, in the area of the Dunkin Donuts on River Road in Fair Lawn.

Police observed what appeared to be an ensuing drug transaction and stopped Forman and Peoples at that time. Detectives recovered over 500 bags of suspected heroin stamped with the labels “CIROC,” “REMY MARTIN” and “MAMBA.”    The heroin has a street value of approximately $2,000.00.    The arrests occurred without further incident. Forman and Peoples were transported to the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office for processing and further investigation.   Both individuals were charged with possession of heroin with intent to distribute. They were released on their own recognizance.
