Police are asking for the public’s help in locating 57-year-old man believed to be ‘at risk.’
William Barthel is described as a white male, 5'10" tall and weighs about 140 pounds with brown eyes, brown hair and a scar on right side of neck.
He was last seen at 3 Adams Court, Apt. 2B, in Nutley on Wednesday, June 25.
