Authorities in Camden County are investigating a shooting that left a man injured Wednesday afternoon in Cherry Hill.
According to information released by the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office, officers responded around 3:53 p.m. to Liberty Bell Plaza on Route 70 East after receiving reports of a person shot inside a vehicle in the parking lot.
Upon arrival, police located a 61-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound.
The victim was transported to Cooper University Hospital, where he was reported to be in stable condition.
Officials said the shooting appears to be an isolated incident.
No arrests have been announced, and the investigation remains active and ongoing.
