There are non-life threatening injuries reported for two victims shot in Orange at this time.
According to preliminary reports, police responded to reports of shots fired that rang out in the 200 block of Central Place at around 8:47 p.m.
Upon their arrival, they found a male suffering a gunshot wound to the foot. Police say a search of the area had officers locate a second victim suffering a gunshot wound to the leg.
Both victims were transported to University Hospital in Newark where doctors treated them for their injuries.
According to police, a dark-colored two-door vehicle arrived in the area and begin to fire multiple shots before speeding away from the scene.
The motive remains under investigation.’
