Authorities said on January 20, 2015 at approximately 11:08 p.m. , police responded to the 800 block of Middlesex St. on a report of a man entering a parked 2010 Nissan.
The owner of the car witnessed the burglary and ran outside when the man fled the scene. Officers located a man fitting the description of the burglar two blocks away on W. Baltimore Ave.
The car owner was brought to the scene and identified the man as the car burglar. Wayne M. Fisher II, age 32, of Willingboro, NJ, was placed under arrest and charged with burglary of a vehicle and trespassing on railroad property, where he had been stopped.
He also had contempt warrants out of Camden, Burlington Twp., and Beverly Twp. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail pending a court date set for January 28th
