Investigators are on the scene of a shooting that has a man down in Orange at this time.
Police responded to suspicious activity reports in the 200 block of Chapman Street at around 6 a.m. where they arrived to find a male victim laying on the ground unconscious and unresponsive from an apparent gunshot wound.
A crime scene has been established and an investigation is underway.
