ELIZABETH NJ: Reports of shots fired in the 600 block of Bayway has police on the scene with one person suffering injury from gunfire.
The male victim was reportedly located at the Dunkin Donuts with a non-life threatening injury.
He was reportedly shot at the nearby housing development.
EMS has transported the victim to University Hospital in Newark at this time.
The report came in shortly before 6 a.m.
