Police are on the search for two suspects wanted for an aggravated assault shooting that happened in the city a short time ago.
Gunfire rang out in the 200 block of Bright Court shortly before 4:50 p.m. sending a special police unit to the scene where officers engaged in a foot chase with two black males that began to flee the area immediately after the shooting.
Assisting officers located a male victim suffering a gun shot wound to the leg.
The victim was transported to University Hospital where his injuries was not reported to be life threatening.
The suspects fled northbound on Stone Street occupying a white Nissan Maxima.
