A male victim found shot inside a building located in the 100 block of 1st Street has police on the scene at this time.
Reports of shots fired on the upper floors of the building at around 7:25 p.m. sent police to the scene where they located the victim suffering life threatening injuries from appent gunfire.
A crime scene has been established and an investigation is underway.
