An early evening shooting that happened in the city had a male victim suffering apparent injury from gunfire.
The victim walked into the emergency room at University Hospital shortly before 6:30 p.m. where he reported to authorities that the shooting took place in the 300 block of Clinton Ave. new Stratford Place.
Several police units canvassed the scene where they found evidence that a shooting had occurred.
The condition of the victim was not reported to be life threatening as of 7 p.m.
There were no arrest made.
