Police in Newark are on the search for suspect that held up a bank located in the 500 block of Bloomfield Ave. this morning.
The suspect is being described as a 6ft tall black male who was last seen wearing a white hat and a green shirt when he fled the scene eastbound on Bloomfield Ave. towards 9th Street immediately after reportedly robbing the bank.
It is not immediately known if the suspect was in possession of a weapon at this time.
