A Newark family is asking for the public’s assistance in locating their dog, who went missing Thursday in the city’s Central Ward.
The dog, named Macho, also known as “Woody,” is a small black-and-white dog with distinctive white fur around his face, chest and legs.
According to information provided by the family, Macho was last seen in the area of Somerset Street and Muhammad Ali Avenue in Newark. He was reportedly seen with three females before his disappearance.
Family members are hoping someone in the neighborhood recognizes Macho or has information that can help bring him home safely.
