NJ Man Charged with Possessing Explicit Images of Minors

Authorities in Gloucester County announced that Jonathan A. Torres, 26, of Glassboro, has been charged with one count of third-degree possession of Explicit Images of Minors.

According to documents filed in this case: 

Gloucester County officials stated that on Oct. 7, 2025, the Prosecutor’s Office received a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children reporting an individual was using a social media app to upload and share Explicit Images of Minors (CSAM).

Investigation led to a search warrant being executed at Torres’s address, where several electronic devices were found, Gloucester County Prosecutor Andrew B. Johns said. 

GCPO officials say analysis of the devices found five videos and one image containing Explicit Images of Minors.

Torres was arrested Tuesday and is facing a maximum of 5 years in state prison, GCPO authorities said.
