A lucky lottery player in Ocean County is waking up a millionaire after winning $1 million on a $10 scratch-off ticket purchased at a local deli, according to information released by New Jersey Lottery officials.
The winning $1,000,000 Spectacular ticket was bought at the Lucky 7 Deli on Route 70 in Lakehurst. Officials said the ticket was sold on Nov. 17.
The game, which launched on Nov. 5, still has three remaining $1 million top prizes available.
A total of 9,762,510 tickets were printed for the series, leaving thousands of chances still in circulation for players across the state.
