Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Prospect Park Police Chief William Rausch announced the arrest of a South Hackensack man accused of committing multiple explicit offenses involving a minor.
According to a statement released by the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office, 21-year-old Torin W. Halvorsen was taken into custody without incident on October 1, 2025, following an investigation by the Prospect Park Police Department.

Investigators also say one of the encounters was recorded.
Halvorsen faces several charges, including endangering the welfare of a minor, explicit contact, luring, and possession of explicit material.
