Authorities in Bergen County announced the arrest of 24-year-old Isaac D. Caceres, of Elmwood Park, on the charge of possession Explicit Materials Involving Minors.
Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella stated the arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Matthew Finck.
According to BCPO officials, on Thursday, October 2, the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit executed a search warrant at the residence of Isaac D. Cacere during the course of the investigation into Explicit Materials Involving Minors.
The investigation revealed that Cacres used the Internet to view, download, and possess more than 100 digital files depicting Explicit Materials Involving Minors, Bergen County officials say.
Bergen County authorities said as a result of the investigation, Isaac D. Caceres was arrested on Thursday, October 2, in Paramus and charged with third-degree possession of Explicit Materials Involving Minors.

Caceres was remanded to the Bergen County Jail pending a first appearance in Bergen County Superior Court in Hackensack.
