Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer stated that an investigation by the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit and Manchester Township Police Department revealed that in 2015, Williams had explicit contact with a minor female victim who was in his care in Manchester.

As such, OCPO officials said that Williams was charged with the aforementioned offenses on September 17 and will be served with the charges at the Atlantic County Jail, where he is presently detained on three counts of Explicit Contact, three counts of Minor Endangerment, and three counts of Official Misconduct - all in connection with incidents that occurred in Atlantic County.

“Although the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office does not typically issue press releases in matters such as this due to their sensitive nature and out of respect for the victim’s privacy, this defendant previously held positions supervising minors in Atlantic and Ocean Counties - thereby necessitating this alert to the public," stated Prosecutor Billhimer.
