NJ Man Arrested for Exploiting Minor

A joint investigation by the Barnegat Township Police Department and the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office High Tech Crime Unit has led to the arrest of a 22-year-old West Creek man on multiple child exploitation offenses.

 

Authorities announced that Aiden Grady was taken into custody and charged with distribution and possession of child sexual abuse material, as well as computer criminal activity.

Investigators allege that Grady shared explicit images through Snapchat conversations and also stored similar material on his cellphone.

 

According to prosecutors, detectives also discovered that Grady unlawfully accessed an educational database and used it to communicate with a student.

 

The investigation remains ongoing, and additional charges have not been ruled out.
