Authorities in Trenton are searching for a suspect who opened fire on a man early Tuesday morning, leaving him seriously injured.
The shooting occurred shortly before 2 a.m. near 492 Greenwood Avenue.
Responding officers found a male victim suffering from gunshot wounds to his torso.
The victim was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he remains in serious condition.
Police say the suspect fled the scene and has not been apprehended.
The motive for the shooting is currently under investigation.
