Paterson Police are on the search for a suspect wanted for a shooting incident that injured a senior woman this afternoon.
According to police, at approximately 2:55 p.m., police responded to reports of shots fired near 422 10th Avenue.
When police arrived at the scene, they found a woman around 75-years-old suffering a minor bullet wound at that location.
EMS transported the woman to St. Joseph's Hospital in stable condition.
The gunman fled the scene and is at large. Police believe that the woman was not the intended target.
