DEVELOPING: Injuries Reported in Paterson Shooting

Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Paterson Police Chief Ibrahim Baycora announce that at approximately 4:33 p.m. on today members of the Paterson Police Department were dispatched to the area of East 32nd Street Paterson on a report of a shooting.

Upon arrival the police located a 33-year-old male Paterson resident who had sustained a non-fatal gunshot wound.

The victim was immediately transported to Saint Joseph’s Regional Medical Center in Paterson for treatment.

The investigation remains active and ongoing.
