Reports of shots fired in the 100 block of Chadwick Ave. in had police locating a vehicle shot up in the 100 block of Chadwick Ave.
The victim reportedly walked into Beth Israel Hospital Shot multiple times at around 8 p.m.
The condition of te man is unknown at this time.
