A male found suffering two bullet wounds at a location in Paterson was rushed to St. Joseph’s Hospital this evening.
According to preliminary reports, gunfire rang out in the vicinity of Lafayette Avenue and Straight Street just before 9:27 p.m.
Police say three armed black males, who arrived in the area wearing ski-masks, began to fire shots at the victim.
Police say the suspects ran from the scene after the shooting and remain at-large.
The extent of the victim's injuries have only been reported as serious at this time.
