There were non-life threatening injuries reported for several victims who were occupants of cars that collided at a location in Newark’s East Ward on Friday night.
According to police, the Newark Ironbound two-car crash happened in the vicinity of Somme and Market streets at approximately 7:50 p.m.
Police say the vehicle crashed causing about four victims to require medical treatment.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
