Police searched the area of Market Street and 4th Street for evidence of a possible shooting that may have occurred in the area after a male victim who suffered a gunshot wound to the foot, reportedly arrived to University Hospital around 12:30 a.m. in a taxi cab.
The man who is in his early twenties, reportedly told authorities that he was struck by gunfire while in the Market Street area.
The man is expected to be ok.
