Police are investigating a shooting that occurred in the single digit block of Thomas Street that left a man critically injured this evening.
Gunfire rang out around 9 p.m. this evening sending police rushing to the scene where a male victim was found shot multiple times.
The man was rushed to University Hospital in critical condition.
Police have a large crime scene in the area where they are searching for evidence.
