Police in Newark are attempting to identify several male suspects wanted in connection with a shooting that occurred on Monday, December 25th, 2017.
Police said at approximately 3 p.m., officers responded to the 600-block of South 10th Street on a call of a shooting. Officers located a victim who sustained non-life threatening injuries.
EMS transported the victim to University Hospital where he received treatment.
According to police, a second victim arrived at University Hospital and was also treated for non-life threatening injuries.
While police are actively searching for these suspects, they seek the public’s assistance in quickly locating and removing them from city streets.
This investigation remains active and ongoing.
