A reported shots fired incident that occurred on October 26th in Newark has authorities on the search for the vehicle and the driver.
According to authorities, the Newark Police Shooting Response Team responded to the report of shots fired near the intersection of Orchard and Scott streets at approximately 3:10 a.m.
Police said detectives investigating the incident are looking for a Green or Gray Honda Odyssey that fled the scene immediately after the shooting.
The minivan is likely to have damage to the front end and the passenger side with the passenger side mirror missing, and broken brake lights police said.
While police are actively searching for the suspect, they seek the public’s assistance in quickly locating him and removing him from our streets.
