Man Injured in Overnight Jersey City Shooting

JERSEY CITY NJ: Police are looking for the suspect that fired several rounds of gunfire in the 1600 block of JFK Boulevard West around 10:30 p.m. striking a man (who was said to be in his early 30's) in the leg. 

The man was taken to Jersey City Medical Center where his injuries were considered non-life threatening. 

The suspects was described as a black male wearing a blue t-shirt that reportedly fled towards Lincoln Park. 

The motive for the shooting is under investigation.
