Authorities need the public’s assistance in locating Mr. Carlos A. Martinez, 34, who is wanted for questioning in connection with a shooting that occurred on September 13th.
According to police, shortly after midnight, a man was shot on the 100-block of Garside Avenue by the passenger of an older black, 4-door Honda.
EMS transported the unidentified victim to University Hospital for treatment.
Detectives developed sufficient evidence to identify Carlos A. Martinez as a person wanted for questioning in this incident.
While police are actively searching for Martinez, they seek the public’s assistance in quickly locating him as part of this continuing investigation.
