Paterson Shooting Victim Self-Transported to Hospital

Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Deputy Paterson Police Chief Heriberto Rodriguez announce that at approximately 8:15 p.m. on Sunday police responded to the area of 200 Presidential Boulevard on a report of shots fired.

Police said after canvassing the scene for a victim, with negative results, police were advised a 24-year old male Paterson resident was seeking treatment at Saint Joseph’s Regional Medical Center in Paterson for gunshot wounds.

The investigation remains active and ongoing.
