EMS rushed one person to Jersey City Medical Center after a shooting left the victim injured in a neighborhood in Jersey City.
Reports of shots fired that rang out in the area of Bergen, and Oxford avenues had police on the scene where they found the victim suffering gun shot wounds to both legs and the arms according to reports.
Preliminary reports stated that the young black male arrived in the area and fired multiple shots in the direction of the victim.
The unidentified suspect reportedly ran from the scene towards Sackett Street.
The victim's injuries were not immediately reported as life threatening.
Police are investigating.
