The family of a 12-year-old girl shot while riding her scooter on Rosa Parks Boulevard last evening, are prepapring to donate the organs of the girl after being classified as brain dead according to a press release issued by Capt. Heriberto Rodriguez.
The girl was identified as Genesis Rincon who attended School 21 what caught in a hail of bullets as gunman fired in the area striking Rincon in the head.
"The family is hoping that while their daughter's life which ended at a young age, could benefit or help save other lives," Rodriguez said.
A $2000 rewaard is being issued for the arrest of the suspect/s responsible for the fatal shooting.
