Authorities identified the man shot and fatally injured on the corner of Lembeck and Ocean Avenues last night at around 7:30 p.m. as 19-year-old Christopher Lemoine according to a spokesperson at the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office.
Police responded to shots fired on the 90's block of Lembeck Ave. and found Lemoine shot in the back and bleeding at that location according to authorities.
Several attempts by EMS to revive Lemoine was unsussesful. Lemoine was pronounced dead shortly after 8:00 p.m., authorities said.
