Police in Paterson are investigating a late night shooting that left one person injured in the city.
EMS picked up the victim in the 400 block of McBride Avenue just before midnight according to reports.
Officers found the victim suffering a non-life threatening gunshot wound at that location.
The motive for the shooting is under investigation.
There were no arrests reported.
