Police are on the scene investigating a shooting that erupted near the Elizabeth Train station a short time ago.
Cops responded to reports of shots fired that rang out at around 3:30 p.m. in the single digit block of West Grand Street where arriving units located evidence that a shooting had occurred but no victims.
A crime scene established had cops locate the possible intended victim who investigators questioned according to reports.
The suspect reportedly fired off about three rounds before fleeing the scene.
