Police in Newark are searching for the suspects that were driving a white sedan, possibly with a broken taillight that was reportedly seen fleeing the area of a shooting that occurred in the area of Lyons Ave. and Clinton Place late last night.
EMS transported a victim from the scene that was shot and in serious condition. A short time later, another victim walked into the emergency room at Beth Israel hospital suffering a gunshot wound.
The condition of the walk-in victim is unknown this morning.
Police set up a crime search in the area and are continuing to investigate.
