Police are on the scene of shots fired with a person down in the city's North Ward at this time.
Details are still developing, but at around 8:15 p.m., gunfire rang out in the 300 block of Broadway near 2nd Avenue sending police to the scene where officer located multiple shell casings.
A short time later, officers were sent to the 90's block of Peabody Place where they found the victim who was reportedly shot in the neck at that location.
The victim's injuries are being reported as "life threatening".
It is not immediately clear if this victim was shot at the Broaway shooting scene at this time.
There are several blocks that separate the shooting scene from where the victim was found.
