NEWARK NJ: Reports of shots fired that rang out in the 100 block of Ludlow Street at around 8:20 p.m. has police on the scene where officers have found evidence that a shooting had a occurred but no victims.
Officers canvassed the scene where they found four vehicles with bullet holes and other damage to them.
Police are continuing to search the area for victims.
There is a crime scene established and investigation underway.
